Incepto Studio – VR Health & Safety Guide

Welcome! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the following health and safety guidelines before using any virtual reality (VR) equipment.

1. Health & Medical Warnings

- Do not use VR if you are currently experiencing:

  • Dizziness or motion sickness
  • Eye strain, fatigue, or headaches
  • Seizures, especially photosensitive epilepsy
  • Pregnancy or known balance issues

- Stop immediately if you feel nausea, dizziness, eye discomfort, or disorientation.

2. Use in Moderation

- Recommended session limit: 30–45 minutes, followed by a short break.

- Take regular breaks to rest your eyes and reorient physically.

3. Safe Environment

- Remain seated or stationary unless explicitly guided otherwise.

- Keep the play area clear of furniture, cords, or other hazards.

- Remove jewelry or objects that could catch on the headset or straps.

4. User Responsibility

- All participants use VR at their own risk.

- Incepto Studio is not liable for injury, illness, or discomfort related to VR use.

- Please notify a facilitator if you have any pre-existing conditions that may affect your experience.

5. Privacy & Consent

- Photo and video recording may occur during sessions.

- Please inform us if you do not consent to being recorded or photographed.
